| Our policy for returns is that all returns are subject to inspection
and a 20% restocking fee. We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee less
shipping and all returns must be ship back in original boxes, undamaged
new condition, and must include all warranty cards, literature, packaging,
etc. Custom Orders must be prepaid and can not be canceled, we do
offer a 30 day money back guarantee after custom work delivery is
accepted and the customer is not satisfied. Videos and DVDs all sales
final and returns will not be accepted. On occasion we may have to
back order items, this is done automatically if we are not in stock
of your item. If you care not to have item back ordered you must state
"Do Not Back Order" when you place your order. Our Policy
on customer name, address and email information is that customer information
will only be used for our own mailings of specials and events. We
do not sell or give other businesses your personal information without
your written consent. |

SHIPPING INFORMATION

| Drum Shop @ DrumNetwork.com uses PER PRODUCT shipping. The shipping and handling charges are listed next
to each product on the ordering pages. |
| Ground shipping by UPS or US Postal Service to US. You may select
other shipping options which will be recalculated and charged when
order is processed. The New Shipping Charge will be reflected. Please
allow time for shipping. Most orders ship with-in 24 to 48 hours and
delivery can take 5 to 10 working days. On occasion back ordered items
can take up to 6 to 8 weeks. Special orders can take up to 120 days
or more. Custom and Special Orders may take longer than expected. |
